🤩OUT OF HOURS OPERATOR **⏰Hours: **31.5 hours per week 📅Shift pattern:Option 1: Monday 17:00-00:00, Tuesday 17:00-00:00, Wednesday 17:00-23:00,Thursday 17:00-23:00, Sunday 14:00-21:00Option 2: Tuesday 17:00-00:00, Wednesday 17:00-00:00, Thursday 17:00-23:00, Friday 17:00 - 23:00, Saturday 11:00 - 18:00.💸Salary: £20,163.78 per annum (£12.31ph) rising to £20,376.72 per annum (£12.44) after successful completion of probation📍Location: RemoteThis role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.📆Start Date : 22nd April 2025Training commitments You will need to be able to commit to a 3 week training pattern, schedule as followed: Week 1: Tuesday 15:00-21:00, Wednesday & Thursday 16:00-22:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00 Week 2: Monday 15:00-21:00, Tuesday & Friday 16:00-22:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00 Week 3: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 16:00-22:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00 🌟For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed🌟😎Appello Perks

You have a good general standard of education, we provide a robust training plan to ensure you can thrive in this role! 🎧THE ROLEThe heart of the Out of Hours role is answering inbound telephone calls from various customers, including; local councils residents, housing association tenants and many more. Every call is different and no day is the same, from responsive repairs to anti-social behaviour & noise complains calls. Some calls can be challenging but you will have the training and support to resolve these !
