We are actively seeking a detail-oriented individual with a customer-centric mindset to join our team as a Remote Appointment Setter/Hotel Reservationist. Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations by handling inquiries, booking accommodations, and confirming room availability
  • Interact with guests through phone, email, and online platforms to address reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations
  • Assist guests during virtual check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process and addressing any special requests or concerns
  • Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary
