I’m helping 1000Banks find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Customer Service Representative.

Compensation:

USD 500 - 3K/month.

+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)

Location:

Remote (for Ghana, Lithuania, Mali, Togo, Ukraine, Libya, Malaysia, Sierra Leone,Uganda, Zambia residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in administrative assistance, customer service, and virtual assistance.
  • You are beginner in CRM (Customer relationship management).
  • English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in English. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and databases
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Perform other administrative or customer service tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
  • A genuine desire to help and serve others.
