In this role, you'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to select, edit, and organize high-quality images that showcase the luxury and essence of our world-class hotels. If you have strong Photoshop skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is the perfect opportunity to help shape our brand's visual storytelling.Responsibilities: Conduct stock image searches based on project criteria, presenting variations for review and selection. Perform basic image editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, color correction, and formatting to meet specifications. Apply masking guides and branding adjustments to images as required. Name and organize image files according to the established structure and metadata guidelines. Prepare and deliver weekly image batches, ensuring all files meet project requirements. Track stakeholder feedback, implement revisions, and ensure final approvals are documented. Maintain and update the image library, ensuring assets are categorized and easily retrievable. Assist in compiling weekly progress reports and keeping workflow documentation up to date. Support the scheduling of review sessions and ensure that project timelines are maintained. Collaborate with the Creative Producer / Lead Photo Editor to ensure smooth execution of tasks and alignment with overall project goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with experience in cropping, retouching, color correction, and formatting images. Strong eye for composition, lighting, and brand consistency in imagery. Understanding of file formats, resolutions, and best practices for digital asset organization. Ability to follow detailed file naming conventions and metadata tagging guidelines. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring images are correctly formatted and organized. Strong time management skills to meet weekly image delivery deadlines. Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback efficiently. Basic knowledge of stock image sourcing and licensing. Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and cloud-based storage solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a creative team. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in graphic design, photography, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in photo editing, digital asset coordination, or a related role. Experience working in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment. Prior experience organizing large volumes of image assets is a plus.
