We are a leading call center company providing services to top pharmaceutical companies worldwide. We are seeking highly motivated Telecallers to represent a prestigious pharmaceutical client and connect with doctors to obtain their consent for receiving emails from our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with doctors over the phone to collect email consent (no sales involved).
- Persuasively and clearly communicate key details while maintaining professionalism.
Key Requirements:
- Must have excellent phone communication skills with a clear, professional, and articulate British English accent.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
- Basic work-from-home setup required (computer, stable internet connection, and a headset with noise cancellation).
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Immediate availability is essential.
- Must speak European British English Accent, and not the accent spoken in South Africa or any other part of the world.
