We are seeking a detail-driven Data Analyst to support business operations in the energy sector. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse operational data and develop insights to improve performance and efficiency
• Create dashboards and reports to support energy usage, supply chain, or financial forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Compliance, Tech)
• Monitor KPIs related to energy generation, consumption, and sustainability metrics
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for internal and external reporting
• Assist in automating routine reporting processes using BI tools

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in energy, utilities, or infrastructure
• Proficiency in SQL and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio
• Comfortable with Python, R, or Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes
• Excellent communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience in the Australian energy market or NEM (National Electricity Market)
• Familiarity with carbon reporting or ESG-related data
• Background in engineering, economics, or sustainability
• Familiarity with ERP or workflow automation tools
