Talent Acquisition Partner - Pharma

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client's team remotely in Romania. This role focuses on global recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology. You will be instrumental in developing talent pipelines, organizing recruitment events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while promoting diversity and adhering to local labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing hires across various regions.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to specific countries to engage high-quality candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using market intelligence and talent trend analysis.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and senior leadership to understand and meet talent needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Comply with local labor laws and foster an inclusive environment supporting diversity initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in talent acquisition within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple complex searches.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Comeet.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
