Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media ManagerLocation: RemoteAbout Us:

We are a fast-growing, innovation-driven company seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for turning raw photos and videos into high-impact social media content, building a strategic content calendar, and monitoring platform growth. If you’re passionate about content creation, social media trends, and using AI to streamline workflows, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, visually appealing posts from raw photos and videos.
  • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across all platforms.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate and streamline content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Manage and monitor all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and analyze post performance using platform analytics (Meta, TikTok analytics, LinkedIn insights, etc.).
  • Optimize content based on engagement data and growth trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to align content with overall brand goals.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong skills in photo/video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Buffer, Later).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work EST hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience growing and managing multiple brand accounts.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
