We are hiring for a client. The client is a pre-seed funded fashion brand set to launch next year. With seed funding anticipated by the end of the year, we are looking to bring on a part-time Design Assistant to support our growing team. This role is remote, flexible, and has the potential to transition into a full-time position post-seed raise.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate technical drawings for garment development
• Develop and adjust patterns for sampling and production
• Collaborate with the founder/designer to translate design concepts into production-ready files
• Work with manufacturers and sample makers to ensure accuracy and quality

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in technical fashion drawing (Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern-making
• Experience preparing files and communicating with factories or sample makers
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
