Position Overview

The Software Engineer / Developer (Entry–Mid Level) designs, builds, tests, and maintains software applications that support business operations and customer-facing solutions. This role works closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software in modern development environments. This position is ideal for a developing engineer with hands-on coding experience who understands software fundamentals, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow within a collaborative, agile team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and basic automated tests
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Support application performance monitoring and reliability improvements
  • Assist with integrating third-party APIs, services, and libraries
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Software development or engineering
  • Application development (web, backend, or full stack)
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Python
  • Java
  • C#
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Object-oriented and/or functional programming concepts
  • RESTful APIs and web services
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within a team environment
