Position Summary:

Acrisure is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in supporting daily office operations, coordinating communications, and assisting leadership and staff with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls; greet guests and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, calendars, and conference room scheduling
  • Support internal teams with administrative functions such as document management, report formatting, and internal communication
  • Assist with mail distribution, shipping/receiving, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization
  • Uphold a professional and welcoming office environment for both employees and clients
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a corporate office environment is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time role: 20–25 hours per week during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • On-site work required at designated Acrisure office location
