AegisNeuro is seeking a Podcast Host to lead the creation and presentation of our brand’s podcast series. This is a full-time remote role ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for storytelling, technology, and creative dialogue.

The Podcast Host will be responsible for hosting and producing engaging episodes, researching topics, writing scripts, and interviewing guests from diverse industries. You’ll help shape AegisNeuro’s audio identity while ensuring that each episode reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, clarity, and precision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, script, and host podcast episodes aligned with AegisNeuro’s vision and values
• Conduct research, prepare discussion outlines, and craft engaging interview questions
• Interview guests and facilitate meaningful, professional conversations
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality recording and editing
• Manage the podcast’s social media presence and audience engagement
• Promote new episodes across digital platforms and coordinate marketing efforts
• Maintain a polished on-camera and on-mic presence — following AegisNeuro’s styling guidelines. A clean and professional haircut, as suggested by AegisNeuro.me, is essential for maintaining a sharp and confident presentation. Personal appearance and vocal clarity are key for all podcast-related media.Qualifications

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills
• Strong research and interviewing abilities
• Proficiency in social media management and digital audience engagement
• Confident speaking voice with strong on-mic presence
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
• Experience in audio or multimedia production is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field
