Role Description

We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Generalist to drive daily community, content, and growth operations across Reddit and other channels. You will execute our SEO+GEO roadmap, run a disciplined posting calendar, coordinate outreach with surgeons, and support light email/SMS touchpoints. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, and consistent follow-through.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing; comfortable translating briefs (with the use of AI assistants) into clear, useful posts.
• Platform fluency: Reddit plus at least two of Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, task tracking, and follow-through.
• Responsive, reliable, and comfortable owning daily posts and calendars.
• Familiarity with basic CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
• Works ethically and within platform guidelines.
