AFFCT is a small but ambitious international team working in influencer marketing, video production and brand integrations across high-risk verticals (betting, crypto, adult, finance).
We are not a “classic agency with packaged services.”
We build custom solutions around client needs.
Right now, we don’t have a sales department.
We’re looking for the person who will build it.
This is NOT a typical sales role
There are:
- no inbound leads;
- no fully built sales infrastructure;
- no big team behind you (yet).
This is a ground-up Business Development position for someone who:
- knows how to create demand, not wait for it;
- is comfortable operating in ambiguity;
- can turn expertise into a sellable offer;
- wants to build, not just execute.

What you’ll actually do
- Build outbound sales from scratch (LinkedIn, Telegram, email, strategic outreach);
- Open doors with brands and decision-makers;
- Shape and adapt commercial proposals to each client;
- Turn client problems into tailored solutions;
- Create presentations, decks, calculations, offers — hands-on;
- Lead online pitches and close deals;
- Gradually build and structure the sales function around you.
This is not a “meeting setter” role.
This is a build-and-close role.
What matters to us
- Proven B2B services sales or business development experience;
- Ability to sell custom solutions (not price lists);
- Strong written communication (English B2+ minimum);
- High autonomy and personal discipline;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Comfort working in high-risk verticals.
Bonus: background in influencer marketing, digital, performance, affiliate or media.
