This Part-Time Business Development Associate position supports our outreach efforts by connecting with potential clients via LinkedIn and phone calls, nurturing early-stage relationships, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential prospects on LinkedIn
- Conduct calls to identify and qualify potential clients
- Send and Test messages to engage prospects
- Build rapport and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
- Book calls and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain lead forms connected to the CRM
- Track personal outreach performance and report weekly on progress toward KPIs
- Provide feedback on messaging and engagement strategies to improve results
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions
- Maintain Files Structure and discipline
Required Skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting, CRM use, and pipeline tracking
- Strong communication skills (Greek & English)
- Organization, follow-up, and reporting discipline
- Tech literate
- Teamworking

- Daily LinkedIn prospecting and messaging: ~30%
- Phone calls / booking and following up on calls: ~50%
- CRM updates, reporting, and tracking KPIs: ~20%

- Demonstrated ability to manage outreach campaigns and successfully book meetings
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic pipeline reporting
- Comfortable using standard Office tools
