This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, building insights, and helping teams understand financial performance in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Maintain and improve financial models for planning and scenario analysis
• Work closely with business, product, and operations teams on financial insights
• Support cost analysis, ROI assessments, and investment evaluations
• Document financial processes, assumptions, and methodologies

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid Level (0–4+ years)

• Experience in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or related roles (internships included)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic financial modeling
• Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, or financial tools
• Understanding of core accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

General Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
