Role Description

This is a remote role for a Private Client Wills & Probate Consultant. The role involves advising clients on wills, probate, and estate planning, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and personal or faith-based preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients remotely, managing sensitive client relationships, drafting wills, handling estate administration, and conducting legal analysis. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and acting as a trusted legal advisor to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to establish and maintain positive client interactions.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex cases and provide accurate legal advice.
• Superior Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and deliver a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
• Familiarity with wills, probate, and estate planning laws and procedures, including Sharia-compliant processes, is desirable.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
• Legal qualifications or equivalent experience in private client law, particularly wills and probate, is required.
