Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for a Mortgage Broker. The role involves assisting clients with securing commercial private funding, providing tailored financial solutions, managing debt consolidation processes, and facilitating broker services. Responsibilities include evaluating financial information, negotiating terms with lenders, and staying informed about industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgage Brokerage, including experience in securing private funding and navigating industry regulations.
• Skills in Debt Consolidation and Finance, with a focus on providing tailored financial solutions and managing various funding structures.
• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and Brokerage to effectively reach and support a diverse client base.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to assess financial documents and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining communication with the team and clients.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
