Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Partner — equity + profit share only.

This is for someone who wants in. Not a “help us with posts” role — this is equal parts strategy and hands-on execution, working directly with our Head of Marketing to drive growth.

What you’ll do:

• Help shape brand direction, positioning, and campaign strategy

• Execute across channels — content, creative, outreach, and analytics

• Move fast, experiment often, and help build the system from the ground up
