💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

📞 Client Communication – Keep clients updated and supported throughout their journey

🏘️ Agent Negotiations – Talk the talk and close the deal

🔍 Property Due Diligence – Suburb research, data analysis, and more (with our help!)

🧾 Inspections & Contracts – Organise building & pest reports, solicitor meetings, and rental management quotes

📅 End-to-End Support – Assist clients all the way through to settlement

✅ Must-Have Skills:

💬 Excellent communication skills (you’ll be speaking with clients and agents often!)

🤝 Strong negotiation and people skills – Be persuasive but professional

🧠 Customer-first mindset – Always acting in the buyer’s best interest

🕒 Ability to work independently and manage time around your main job
