If so, we’d love to hear from you.About The Role - Support Coordination Assistant We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Support Coordination Assistant to help ensure continuity of care for our NDIS participants—especially when their usual Support Coordinator is unavailable. You’ll also play an important role in supporting and guiding new team members through onboarding, helping them thrive from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interim support to NDIS participants when their Support Coordinator is unavailable
• Assist new Support Coordinators with onboarding, training, and early success
• Maintain clear communication and accurate client documentation
• Foster positive relationships within the team and uphold Auscare’s person-first approach
• Help ensure service quality and NDIS compliance during transitional periods
