Bondi Beauty Distribution Agency is looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Agent to help us sign exciting founder-led brands.

You'll be responsible for generating new business, following up leads, conducting discovery calls, and converting brands into BBDA clients.

What We're Looking For

• Proven business development and sales experience.
• Experience within the beauty, wellness, FMCG, grocery, pharmacy, or retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of retail pricing, distributor margins, wholesale structures, and what it takes for a brand to become retail-ready.
• Confident presenting BBDA's services and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
