Job Description

Posted on: June 7, 2026

Braun Management assists corporate leadership teams with restructuring work, resolving organizational friction, and detailing structural decision paths when internal gridlocks occur. We provide detailed investigation and evidence-backed conclusions rather than general business advice. To support our work, we are currently expanding our regulatory planning and system-mapping activities within the United Kingdom to monitor local administrative guidelines. This fully remote role supports these specific United Kingdom research tasks and assists our international team with daily project support. Employment Setup

  • Legal Employer: Braun Management, using our local EOR partner.
  • Candidate Residency: This role is open to individuals resident in the United Kingdom.
  • Setup: Fully remote, full-time position.
  • Work Authorization: Valid right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
  • Working Hours: Core hours 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM GMT/BST to allow overlap with our East Coast United States team, with the remainder worked in an async-first manner.
  • Compensation: Paid position with local statutory benefits managed through our EOR partner.
  • Equipment: Standard company workstation equipment provided.
  • Reporting Line: Reports directly to our Operations Lead.
  • Hiring Process: Resume review, written task, and two video interviews; timeline is approximately three weeks.

About the Role The Project Management Associate is a newly created position designed to support our consulting workflows. In this role, you will assist in keeping structural projects organized, maintaining accurate project files, and drafting documentation about corporate organizational charts. You will work closely with senior analysts to track project timelines, coordinate meeting logistics, and manage administrative details that keep our advisory projects moving smoothly. This is a junior role where we prioritize structured thinking and clear writing over prior consultancy experience. What You Will Do

  • Document project plans, status logs, and deliverables using Notion and Jira.
  • Write standard meeting summaries, briefing files, and project updates for our internal team.
  • Create and update simple databases and data dictionaries using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Review and file administrative and public records, ensuring compliance with relevant GDPR guidelines.
  • Map out organizational models and decision workflows based on notes from team interviews.
  • Coordinate administrative details for client meetings and internal working sessions.
  • Keep our internal documentation in Confluence accurate and logically organized.

What We Are Looking For

  • Familiarity with standard project coordination tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets to arrange and organize administrative records.
  • Eager to learn about corporate management systems and operational structures.
  • Excellent writing skills, with a focus on simple, professional language.
  • Strong attention to detail when compiling lists, tracking tasks, or entering data.
  • High respect for confidentiality and basic awareness of data protection principles.
  • A college degree or equivalent practical training in administration, communications, or a related field.

How We Work We are a fully remote team that communicates primarily through written documents rather than constant online meetings. Our process favors thorough, plain-language writing and detailed records over short summaries. We value structured thinking, steady execution of administrative details, and the unglamorous work required to build accurate structural maps of our clients' operations. What the Role Offers

  • Fully remote work environment with statutory benefits.
  • Provided computer workstation and necessary remote software setup.
  • Direct training from senior analysts on organizational mapping and management analysis.
  • Exposure to complex business structures and corporate management systems.
  • Structured, predictable working hours with no weekend requirements.

By keeping our internal processes organized, you will have a direct hand in helping us provide clear paths forward for our clients. Your attention to detail ensures that the structural analysis we present to executive teams is built on solid, reliable records. If you enjoy organizing information and writing plain, honest assessments, this role offers a practical entry point into the field of organizational consulting.
