Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support. Additional tasks include organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records, and performing research as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with handling correspondence and maintaining records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the finance or consulting industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
