Job Title: EMEA Delivery Excellence planner Reports To: EMEA Centre of Excellence Planning and Delivery Manager Primary location: EMEA (Remote) Purpose of the position To assist in the coordination, administration, and proactive management of training deliveries within the BSl training academy to ensure efficient planning, utilisation, and administration, in line with core KPIs. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To proactively manage, coordinate and respond to requests from the Sales teams in line with Service Level Agreements, KPIs and monthly delivery targets
- Effective support and implementation of tutor onboarding, development, and tutor I Code and observation plans
- To ensure that an efficient output is achieved through maximum utilisation and seamless coordination of the tutor diary in line with budget, revenue, gross profit targets, and strategy plans
- To undertake the key administrative and systems-based tasks in line with correct operational processes and in coordination with key stakeholders
- To liaise with associate tutors, as appropriate, in line with budget, to support the sales team in maximising client training opportunities
- To support the EMEA CoE Planning Manager with reporting requirements as necessary
- Collaborating with operational training coordinators to support in the proactive planning of non-delivery days (eg, exam marking, distance learning, client calls) to meet KPIs and client requirements
- Utilise Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to manage delivery requests, track tutor availability, and update training schedules.
- Strong English communication skills are essential, and proficiency in any additional European language is preferred.

- That the needs of internal and external clients are at the forefront of all operational activity, whilst at the same time protecting the needs and interests of BSI.
- KPIs are met and exceeded wherever possible
- To ensure that an excellent level of service is provided to the EMEA Training Academy and stakeholders
- Internal and external delivery utilisation targets

- Reporting as and when required
- Salesforce knowledge or prior experience is highly valuable.
