Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and devising strategies to drive sales growth. The role entails analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. The Sales and Business Development Manager will represent the company in client interactions, industry events, and presentations, ensuring the successful promotion of our clean energy solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in business development, market analysis, and client relationship management
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and market trends is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, business software, and data analysis applications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and independently manage tasks

This Role is Commission-only with Equity Option, fully flexible, and 100% remote.
