Role Description

This is a remote, independent sales agent and contract role for software business development. At your own pace and discretion without being "micro-managed" or pressured with any expectations or productivity requirements, you will be handling day-to-day sales activities including lead generation (while some local leads may be provided), account management (of your accounts and commission generating clients only), relationship building, and first-class customer service efforts.

You will be equipped with full training, as much as is desired, and all of the cutting-edge products and resources needed to be successful. In addition, we will train you best practices, and customer success methods based on many decades of experience, that have helped us to have the best customer retention rates in the Industry.

We are looking for self-motivated, optimistic and hardworking team members with the right attitude, more so than team members with specific past experience or “what is on paper”. If you have the right attitude and you love to work hard independently, while putting core values and morals first before anything else, you will fit in with our team perfectly, and we will train you, and guide you to build a flourishing career in this Industry.

If things go well, the “sky is the limit” and we will also be open to potentially discuss a permanent, salary-based executive role with one of our successful Companies.

Compensation

There is unlimited earning potential, and this is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role. Even though there will be no salary-based compensation or any type of employer benefits initially (unless offered in the future additionally after exceptional sales success) a large and consistent income can be made.

There are multiple commission plan options, for whichever is best for you; competitive monthly profit share on residuals, recurring for the life of the account, or up-front bonuses every time an account is signed. Details can be customized during the interview for which structure is preferred. Typically, Sales Agents can earn $120k-$300k+ in total annual income with diligent efforts after 6-12+ months (paid out monthly).

Qualifications

  • Positive and optimistic attitude, willingness to learn and be a cooperative team member. This is our first and most important qualification. The rest can be taught, learned and optimized over time.
  • Strong personal convictions and core values for service-first customer mentality and daily efforts.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, and responsibly within proven methods.
  • Proven track record in independent sales, business management, or B2B networking are a plus, but not required. Ultimately the most important aspects we will look at are listed first above for the right attitude/effort.
  • There will not be a drawn out interview process and we value your time. We will have a brief pre-interview chat to discuss the role, your preferred commission structures/duties and your availability, etc., and then one call with the Hiring Manager/Trainer to ensure a mutual fit, that’s it.
