ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Account Executive. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and closing new business for a fast-growing U.S.-based organization.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in sales, business development, client services, or account management.
COMPENSATION
The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $110,000 per year, with additional commission and performance incentives.
On-target earnings (OTE) are estimated at $100,000 - $160,000+ per year based on performance.
Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and business goals
- Present products or services and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferred)
- Comfortable managing outbound outreach and inbound leads
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Professional and confident communication style
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales environments
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Experience with pipeline management and forecasting
- Background in high-volume sales or consultative selling
- Experience working in a remote sales environment
