ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting hiring processes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting talent acquisition activities.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment trackers
- Support candidate communication and follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding coordination
- Prepare hiring reports and recruitment updates
- Review applications and organize documentation
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Support recruitment events and initiatives
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, recruiting, or support roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional and dependable mindset
NICE TO HAVE
- Administrative or office support experience
- Exposure to recruiting or HR processes
- Experience with scheduling and coordination
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Interest in talent acquisition and HR
