Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Entry/Junior Business Analyst at Gestores da Telecom. The Business Analyst will assist in analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting business requirements, and contributing to the development of efficient business processes. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions, analyzing data to support decision-making, and preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Analytical Skills, including data analysis and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Business Analysis and the ability to understand and document business requirements
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly
• Familiarity with Business Processes and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Basic understanding of creating and managing Business Requirements documentation
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
