You will be the first point of contact with future Coverflex customers, shaping how the market perceives our value and ensuring AEs work with high-quality, qualified opportunities. Youâll know youâre successful when, after 90 days, youâve:
- Consistently generated qualified meetings for AEs

- Main KPI 3: Meeting quality (ICP fit, pain clarity, low no-show rate)
- Secondary KPI 1: CRM hygiene and process discipline
- Secondary KPI 2: Autonomy on messaging, tooling, and objections
⥠Reality Check - What Makes This Role Hard Letâs be real â hereâs what makes this role challenging:
- High rejection rate that requires resilience and emotional stamina
- Competitive Spanish HR & Benefits market with noisy prospects
- Selling a complex value proposition (not a simple ânice to haveâ)
- Balancing volume vs quality in outbound
- Maintaining consistency, discipline, and energy over time
đ¤ You Must-haves (evidence, not years)
- First experience in sales, business development, or outbound roles
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
