Business Development Manager | Crackle AI | Remote + Nationwide Travel

We’re Crackle AI, a fast-growing agnecy helping SMEs unlock growth through automation and AI-driven workflows. Our clients span every type of industry from construction to manufacturing, professional services to healthcare, and we’re building a reputation for bold thinking and practical results. This is an exciting time to join us as we scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to win new clients and drive our growth.

You’ll report directly to the CEO, taking ownership of opening doors, building senior-level relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

This is a remote role, but you’ll need to be able to travel nationwide to meet prospects and clients face to face. It’s about building trust, understanding business opportunities, spotting where AI can solve real problems, and showing leaders how Crackle can help.

Who You Are

  • A driven, energetic sales professional who thrives on winning new business.
  • Confident speaking with senior business leaders and uncovering pain points.
  • Comfortable selling across different industries and company sizes.
  • Tech-savvy, with a natural enthusiasm for AI and automation (a techno-optimist at heart).
  • Skilled in pipeline management, consultative selling, and seeing deals through.
