Graphic Designer -Digital Ads

Our MedTech client is seeking a freelance remote Graphic Designer with experience in talent marketing campaigns to support a short-term project. The designer will be responsible for creating two static digital ads promoting a job posting. Responsibilities Design two static digital ads aligned with the clients brand and talent marketing goals Collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging and visuals are on point Deliver final assets optimized for digital channels Qualifications Proven experience in talent marketing or employer branding campaigns A portfolio showcasing digital ad design, especially for recruitment or hiring initiatives Ability to work quickly and efficiently within a tight timeline In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
