Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, and investment roles.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery on hiring objectives.
• Apply data-driven human recruitment methodologies to source and assess finance talent.
• Analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously.
• Produce clear reports and written updates to support stakeholder decision making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance, banking, investment, or accounting.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
