As we expand in 2025, we’re looking for a Content & Growth Manager to amplify our digital presence, build brand authority, and drive viral growth across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

The Content & Growth Manager will:

• Create engaging product videos and digital content
• Run multi-channel growth campaigns
• Build and manage communities around Cybrix 360 AI’s SaaS solutions
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to deliver high-impact, viral content

This role blends creativity, strategy, and hands-on execution to drive awareness, leads, and adoption.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Storytelling

• Produce product explainer videos & customer success stories
• Create short-form viral content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
• Write & design engaging posts using AI tools
• Repurpose content into blogs, carousels, infographics, and videos

Digital Growth & Engagement

• Grow Cybrix 360 AI’s presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
• Launch viral campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and brand authority
• Host & moderate webinars, interviews, and virtual events
• Build & nurture online communities

Innovation & Experimentation

• Test new formats, trends, and AI-powered tools
• Leverage trending topics to position Cybrix 360 AI as a thought leader
• Collaborate with product & sales teams to align content with business goals

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance (reach, engagement, lead generation)
• Optimize campaigns based on insights & feedback
• Deliver weekly growth reports to leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, growth marketing, or digital marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred)
• Strong skills in AI video production, editing & storytelling
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (comfortable hosting events)
• Creative, experimental, and data-driven mindset
• Strong project management & ability to meet deadlines
