Performance video editor (Freelance)

Deerforest is looking for a freelance video editor who knows how to turn clear briefs into scroll-stopping Meta ads. This is not about "pretty cuts“ – we want someone who understands performance, knows what makes people stop, watch, and click.

What you’ll do

• Edit & optimize videos for Meta Ads (formats 4:5 and 9:16)
• Transform UGC/raw footage into polished, high-converting creatives
• Create 5 variations per batch (different hooks)
• Occasionally use stock footage when needed
• Work mainly in Adobe Premiere Pro (basic After Effects skills are a plus)What we expect

• Based in Lithuania
• Proven experience editing performance ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Strong eye for pacing, hooks, and storytelling that drives CTR/CVR
• Ability to deliver clean, production-ready exports quickly
• Familiarity with Meta creative restrictions & best practices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to feedbackConditions

• Rate: €55–80 per batch (5 videos with 5 hooks) – depending on skills/experience
• Fully remote, flexible schedule
• All footage and briefs provided, you just focus on editing
