We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Training and Development Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and tracking of employee learning programs. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about learning, professional development, and supporting teams in a fully remote environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Maintain training calendars, schedules, and learning documentation.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for employees.
- Track participation, progress, and outcomes of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and subject matter experts to develop learning materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve training processes and learning engagement.
✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in training, HR, learning & development, or related internships/projects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
