Paid Ads Static Designer

THE COMPANY

• We scale eCommerce brands from six and seven figures to $10M+ in annual revenue.
• We specialize in paid advertising on Meta and TikTok, focusing on DTC eCommerce brands.
• We don’t make boring ads. We make ads that don’t look like ads and actually convert.

THE ROLE

• We're looking for a creative designer who understands what stops the scroll and knows how to make ads that actually convert.
• You'll work closely with our creative strategists to bring static concepts to life, primarily on Meta.
• If you hate generic corporate ads, move fast, and let performance data drive your decisions, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design high-performing static ad creatives for Meta
• Work closely with creative strategists and copywriters to execute concepts
• Take raw assets and UGC and turn them into scroll-stopping ads
• Iterate quickly based on performance data
• Stay on top of trends, hooks, and visual formats that are working

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong portfolio of high-converting ad creatives for Meta
• Understanding of ad formatting, sizing, and platform-specific best practices.
• Experience creating visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• A passion for pushing creative boundaries and making ads that stand out.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively without sacrificing quality.
