🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Own calendars, inboxes, bookings, and logistics
• Be the point person for travel, interviews, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
• Help with hiring and onboarding: scheduling interviews, prepping docs, chasing tasks
• Act as a sounding board and second brain: prioritize, simplify, and follow through
• Manage small projects and process improvements that free up founder bandwidth
• Learn the founders’ voice, preferences, and pace—and match it
