EAT HAPPY stands for fresh, handmade sushi and Asian snacks – ready to enjoy straight from the supermarket. Our products are already available in many European countries under the names EAT HAPPY and YUZU – including Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, and Slovakia.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-loving Admin Specialist to support our growing team with everything from people operations to accounting tasks. You’ll become the go-to person for all things administrative – and help us stay organized while we scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage administrative HR tasks – from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain employee records and handle contract management, vacation tracking and more
- Support recruitment processes
- Take care of accounting-related admin tasks: collect and manage invoices, prepare documents for our tax advisors
- Oversee expense reporting, travel reimbursements and office-related tasks (e.g. communication with authorities)
- Be the backbone of our internal organization – helping the team stay on top of things
What you bring
- Previous experience in an HR, admin, or accounting support role
- A love for structure and an eye for detail – you enjoy keeping things tidy and running smoothly
- A hands-on, proactive approach – you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfort with tools like MS Office, common time-tracking tools, and standard accounting software (e.g. BMD)
- You speak Czech fluently (native level) and are comfortable communicating in English on a professional level
