Operations Analyst

As our client base and portfolio of projects continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day running of the business and help ensure our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is organised, proactive, and interested in gaining exposure to the operational side of a growing technology consultancy.

Role Overview

The Operations Analyst will support the leadership team across a range of operational activities including business administration, internal reporting, marketing coordination, payroll administration, and preparation of client materials.

The role is designed to relieve operational workload from senior leadership and ensure key business processes are executed consistently and professionally.

This role provides broad exposure to business operations, consulting delivery processes, and internal business development activities within a modern technology consultancy.

Please note that this is a remote, entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations

  • Support the day-to-day operational administration of the company
  • Maintain internal documentation, operational records, and internal trackers
  • Assist with coordination of internal meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing actions
  • Support operational reporting across projects and internal business activities
  • Assist with preparation of internal business reports and dashboards

Presentation & Documentation

  • Create and format professional slide decks for client presentations, proposals, and internal meetings
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, project documentation, and internal reports
  • Maintain brand consistency across all client-facing materials

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist with preparation of marketing materials, LinkedIn posts, and company announcements
  • Support content preparation for company website and marketing campaigns
  • Help coordinate marketing initiatives including events, conferences, and outreach activities

Financial Administration

  • Support operational finance activities including invoice tracking and payroll coordination
  • Assist with maintaining records related to contractors, suppliers, and project billing
  • Prepare operational summaries related to revenue, project utilisation, and internal costs

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with internal team members to gather information for reports, presentations, and operational updates
  • Help ensure internal processes and workflows are followed consistently
  • Assist leadership in organising operational priorities and administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce professional documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 products
  • Experience with marketing coordination or social media management
  • Exposure to business operations or consulting environments
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or dashboards
