Role Description

We are seeking a full-time On-Chain Options Volatility Trader for a remote position. The role involves implementing and managing options strategies, market making, proprietary trading, and hedging activities. You will be responsible for analyzing market conditions, identifying opportunities, and executing trades to optimize portfolio performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with a forward-thinking team and contribute to the development of innovative trading solutions in digital asset markets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Options Strategies and their practical application
• Hands-on experience in Market Making and Proprietary Trading
• Proficiency in implementing Hedging strategies to mitigate risk
• Ability to analyze market trends and execute data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong quantitative skills
• Proficiency with trading platforms and familiarity with on-chain transaction processes
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working in digital asset markets or cryptocurrency trading is a strong advantage
