ABOUT THE ROLE:

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Act as a liaison between mentors and mentees, facilitating communication, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth mentoring experience for all parties involved.

Provide guidance and support to mentors and mentees, helping them set and achieve their individual goals.

Assist in the selection process with regard to onboarding and training of new mentors, ensuring alignment with the group's mission, values, and standards.

The role is remote, with opportunities for travel. During the selection process, we will explain the role in detail and answer any questions. The process will determine if you are a good fit for the team and if this opportunity is right for you.

Proficiency in English language is mandatory.

This is a partnership position with a contract, not a full-time job.

Candidates must be living in one of the following countries be eligible to set up a business in: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
