TikTok Talent Scout – UK

We’re looking for a driven, social-media-savvy individual to join EliteX Agency as a TikTok Talent Scout – UK.

In this role, you’ll help us discover, connect with, and onboard talented TikTok LIVE creators from across the UK.

You won’t just recruit — you’ll empower creators to grow, earn, and succeed with the backing of an official TikTok Live Agency.

What you’ll do:

• Identify promising TikTok LIVE creators in the UK.

• Reach out via DM, email, or in-app chat to invite them to join EliteX.

• Explain the benefits of joining a TikTok Live Agency (promotion, protection, gifts, battles, growth opportunities, and more).

• Guide creators through the application process.

• Be their first point of contact during onboarding.

• Track your outreach & growth performance.

You’d be a great fit if you:
