We’re looking for a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to help schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with clients and prospects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy communication, customer engagement, and supporting sales or operations teams in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients and prospects to schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain and update calendars, schedules, and appointment records.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding meeting logistics.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and manage rescheduling when needed.
• Support sales or operational teams with outreach and coordination tasks.
• Assist in maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on appointment activities.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
