The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who knows how to open doors, not just send emails.
This is not a “spray and pray” outbound role. You’ll be expected to research accounts, understand the problems our buyers are dealing with, and start real conversations with senior stakeholders across audit, risk, and compliance.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate qualified pipeline and help move deals forward.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a target account list across key industries (financial services, enterprise, regulated sectors)
- Conduct thoughtful outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a structured framework (MEDDIC aligned)
- Identify pain points related to audit, risk, compliance, and third-party risk management
- Book and support high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and follow-up strategies
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
- Continuously refine messaging based on what’s actually working in conversations
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills. You can write clearly and speak with confidence
- Curiosity. You ask good questions and don’t rely on scripts
- Ability to research accounts and tailor outreach
- Comfortable engaging with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
- Coachable, but not passive. You take feedback and apply it quickly
- Organized and disciplined in managing follow-up and activity
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Exposure to SaaS, GRC, audit, or risk-related environments
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Experience working in a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)

- Demonstrating strong business acumen in early conversations
- Building trust quickly with prospects
- Becoming a reliable source of pipeline for your assigned territory
