We’re looking for a pure sourcing specialist to join our team. No cold calling clients, no chasing sales targets – your job is to find and deliver the very best candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools in niche markets.
• Screen candidates for suitability and interest.
• Present shortlists of qualified candidates to the founder
• Manage initial candidate communication

What You WON’T Do

• No business development
• No cold calling clients
• No chasing new business (We already have a steady pipeline of roles for you to fill)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, ideally in AI/Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering, Tech, etc
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit agreed candidate submission targets.
• A results-driven mindset – you’ll be rewarded directly for your success.
• Excellent communication skills
