We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales, business development, and client engagement. You will play a key role in generating leads, initiating conversations with potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through email, calls, and online channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs and business challenges.
  • Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

  • Achieve daily and weekly outreach and qualification targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients via phone and email.
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
