Envida is a social media, influencer and social ad agency with hubs in Phoenix, Austin and Orlando. We work in a niche industry with variety of national multifamily and build-to-rent clients. We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Copywriter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys writing within brand guidelines, and can produce consistent, accurate content at scale.

This is a production-driven role that will focus in AI. While creativity matters, success in this position is rooted in efficiency, clarity, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Write and edit social media captions across multiple accounts on a recurring production schedule
• Follow brand voice guidelines and client-specific requirements
• Ensure all copy is grammatically correct, compliant, and aligned with Fair Housing standards
• Implement SEO keywords where applicable
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback
• Manage deadlines across multiple properties and content calendars
• Identify minor opportunities for caption optimization while maintaining template integrity

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently meets production quotas
• Maintains high accuracy with minimal revisions needed
• Demonstrates strong proofreading skills
• Writes clearly within established voice frameworks
• Communicates proactively about workload and timelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in social media marketing (preferred)
• 1+ year of copywriting experience (preferred)
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
• Ability to write within brand standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in multifamily or real estate marketing is a plus
