Role Description

This is a contract, remote Researcher role. The Researcher will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, identifying and mapping professional talent, and supporting the sourcing process for global talent acquisition projects. Key tasks include data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as collaborating with recruitment teams to optimize hiring strategies and identify high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting in-depth research and gathering strategic market intelligence
• Experience with talent mapping, candidate sourcing, and identifying key industry professionals
• Strong organizational, data analysis, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment
• Experience with recruitment tools and talent acquisition technologies is a plus
• Background in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related fields is preferred
